Attitude is a practice, not a mood.
Mission. Profitably help as many people as possible.
Goal. Provide a hub of tools and known practices that enable our fellowship to live happier, more purposeful, passionate lives.
Belief. A great attitude makes a person unstoppable. But attitude built on mood collapses the moment life gets hard. Attitude built on framework — small repeatable practices you actually do — compounds. The Six Principles are the philosophy beneath that framework — the worldview that makes the practice worth keeping.
The fellowship. We are the people who keep showing up. Founders, parents, athletes, makers, recoverers, builders. Anyone choosing a stronger relationship with their own day.
The Sets. A Set is a tool or strategy that produces positive outcomes — anchored to a Known Practice, simple enough to keep, structured enough to measure.
Twelve Sets are live, anchored to Mind · Body · Spirit and The Six Principles. The Daily Record is the spine — anchors, Top 3, reflection, ratings, tomorrow's primer. Around it: Weekly Review, the MindSet Outcome Model, Values, Take Stock, Gratitude, Reorient, Trigger Repair, a free-form Journal, and a Simple Equation MasterSet on top.
Underneath the Sets is a quieter layer — a shared bus of signals that lets the Sets talk to each other. A belief you name in Trigger Repair can appear in your Outcome Model. A tag that keeps spiking in your week taps you on the shoulder to Reorient. A week of journaling can shape next week's experiment. No Set is an island.
Emotion Weather. A fourteen-day read of what's underneath the week — not a judgement, a weather report. Now live on the Daily Record and Weekly Review.
Relationships. A quiet ledger of who's in your life and how it feels, anchored to the Buddhist practice of metta — loving-kindness. Extracted from your own journal, never from a form you have to fill in.
A Sunday state-of-you digest. Emotion, relationships, belief patterns, anchor hit-rate — one page, once a week, without you having to ask. A Reorient that notices when a hard relationship, not just a hard thought, is what's pulling you off center.
The bar is showing up, not perfection — and the framework should meet you where you already are.
