Mind · Body · Spirit

The three anchors of a strong daily attitude.

A daily structure that protects time for deep thinking, physical movement, and reflection — so attitude is built on practice, not mood.

The five daily anchors

Five small commitments arranged across the day. Each one is binary — you did it, or you didn't. Together they form the spine of a strong day.

  1. 🙏
    1. Morning Spirit & Body7:30–9:00 AM

Start with presence, not pings. Walk, sunlight, breath — whatever centers you before the day grabs the wheel.

  2. 🧠
    2. AM Mind block9:00–10:00 AM

One focused block before the calendar opens up. Deep work on the Top 3.

  3. 💪
    3. Midday Body12:00–12:30 PM

Movement, a real meal, a walk. Move the body so the mind can come back.

  4. 🧠
    4. PM Mind block2:00–3:00 PM

The second focused block. Push the afternoon Top 3 forward.

  5. 🌙
    5. Evening Mind/Body/Spirit Wind-Down7:00–7:30 PM

Close the day on purpose. Reflect, rate, set tomorrow's primer.

How the day flows

Around the anchors, two focused work blocks (morning and afternoon) each hold a Top 3 — the three tasks that matter most. The day closes with a short reflection, four ratings, and one primer for tomorrow.

How this practice shows up in the Sets today

The Daily Record holds the anchors and the two Top 3 blocks. Anchors and Gratitude read from it as lightweight entry points. Weekly Review synthesizes the week and closes with a primer for the next; Take Stock zooms out further to compare then-you with now-you. Above them, Simple Equation distils the whole picture into a single number: Framework × Consistency − Friction = Attitude.
